    Notification of the transformation of a legal entity

    Dear customers! We would like to inform you that since March 6, 2024, LLP MFO BNK Finance Kazakhstan has been transformed into a Joint-Stock Company ("JSC") MFO BNK Finance Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Company).

    Dear customers!

    We would like to inform you that since March 6, 2024, LLP MFO BNK Finance Kazakhstan has been transformed into a Joint-Stock Company ("JSC") MFO BNK Finance Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Company).

    The transformation of the Company into a joint-stock company is linked to our plans for further growth and development of financing for small and medium-sized businesses.

    According to clause 5 of Article 46 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, JSC "MFO "BNK Finance Kazakhstan" is the sole legal successor of the rights and obligations of LLP "MFO "BNK Finance Kazakhstan" under previously concluded agreements.

    The Company continues to bear all the rights and obligations assumed before the transformation from an LLP to a joint-stock company. There is no need to change or renew previously concluded contracts. Due to the transformation of the Company, the Company's seal and letterhead have been changed. The rest of the details, including the BIN, location, and bank details remained unchanged.
