Responsibilities:

Check-out on overdue debtors;

Prepare analytical notes with the rationale for granting debt restructuring;

Perform legal analysis of debt collection schemes;

Perform financial analysis of debt collection schemes;

Use legal and information databases;

Organize and conduct meetings with debtors and representatives of judicial and enforcement authorities;

Apply information technology in the professional sphere;

Work with large amounts of data;

Work on pre-trial settlement with debtors;

Prepare materials and submit statements of claim to the court;

Participate in court in all instances.

 

Requirements:

higher legal education;

at least 3 years of experience in the field of recovery.

 

Conditions: 

Official employment in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 

5 - day work week, full-time, Mon-Fri 9:00 - 18:00
