Responsibilities
Provides daily, weekly, monthly reports on disbursements/forecasts of loan officers;
Daily, monthly checks with partners on insurance payments and refunds of insurance premiums;
Negotiates and collects documents for concluding an agreement with partners;
Performs monthly reconciliations with partners/agents;
Monthly monitors calls from TM employees and provides a report on the results of sales through TM;
Conducts weekly calls to clients by NPS and provides a report on the results of the call;
Conducts monthly reconciliation of early repaid microcredits, refinanced loans (internal refinancing);
Conducts training for loan officers;
Prepares responses to requests from AFR and other authorized bodies;
Provides the Head of the Business Support and Development Department with reports on the work done;
Performs other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
Requirements
Secondary special economic or financial education;
At least 3 months experience in a similar position.
The supervisor must have the skills to:
analytical work, the ability to generalize, systematize;
work with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
accounting;
work with databases, including accounting base 1C and BNK.
