Responsibilities:

Development and legal expertise of contracts (credit, business, etc.)

Legal review of drafts, orders, instructions, regulations and other internal documents and acts of a legal nature

Drafting of letters, notices, claims

Development and coordination of internal normative documents, participation in development of credit products

Preparing powers of attorney for company employees

Participation in working groups of the AFK, AMFOK, NBRK, including the development and improvement of legislative projects to protect the initiatives of MFO

Legal review of documents drawn up by credit specialists

Consideration and issuance of a legal opinion on protocols of disagreements to contracts

Participation in negotiations, meetings with partners

legal support for microcredit projects (corporate and retail);

representing MFO in courts, the NBK and other government agencies;

regular monitoring and informing other divisions of MFO about changes in legislation affecting MFI operations;

Providing legal advice to employees of structural divisions

Providing legal opinions on issues of a legal nature

 

Requirements:

Higher legal education

at least 5 years of experience in banking and finance

 

Conditions:

Official employment in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 

5 - day work week, full-time, Mon-Fri 9:00 - 18:00
