BNK Finance Kazakhstan (JSC "MFO "BNK Finance Kazakhstan") has registered and started microfinance activities in Kazakhstan since November 6, 2018. The sole shareholder of MFO BNK Finance Kazakhstan JSC is the South Korean company BNK CAPITAL.‎

 

In 2014, BNK CAPITAL established a financial network in the main developing countries of Southeast Asia, advancing in the markets of Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, the Republic of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan with microcredit, strengthening its position as a leading financial institution. Being a part of the large BNK Financial Group holding, the company offers its clients a wide range of services, including car loans, consumer loans, equipment leasing and corporate financing.

 

Since March 6, 2024, MFO BNK Finance Kazakhstan LLP It was transformed into the Joint-Stock Company "MFO BNK Finance Kazakhstan" (hereinafter - the Company).

 

The transformation of the Company into a joint-stock company is linked to our plans for further growth and development of financing for small and medium-sized businesses.

 

The head office of JSC “MFO BNK Finance Kazakhstan” is located in Almaty, there are branches in the cities of Shymkent, Astana.
